UEMS Credits
The 40th EPOS Annual Meeting European Paediatric Orthopaedic Society Congress is accredited by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME) to provide the following CME activity for medical specialists. The EACCME is an institution of the European Union of Medical Specialists (UEMS), www.uems.net.
The 40th EPOS Annual EPOS Congress is designated for up to 19 hours of European external CME credits. Each medical specialist should claim only those hours of credit that he/she actually spent in the educational activity (5 credits on 06/04, 7 credits on 07/04, 5 credits on 08/04, 2 credits on 09/04).
Through an agreement between the Union Européenne des Médecins Spécialistes and the American Medical Association, physicians may convert EACCME® credits to an equivalent number of AMA PRA
Category 1 CreditsTM. Information on the process to convert EACCME® credit to AMA credit can be found at www.ama-assn.org website.
Live educational activities, occurring outside of Canada, recognised by the UEMS-EACCME® for ECMEC®s are deemed to be Accredited Group Learning Activities (Section 1) as defined by the Maintenance of Certification Program of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada
Procedure
Attendance to the accredited sessions will be monitored through scanner devices.
In order to receive CME credits for your Congress participation, make sure to scan your badge at the entrance and at the exit of Congress area at registration desk.
Then attendance will receive the personal link to access the CME questionnaire by email at end of the Congress. The CME questionnaire has to be completed by 02/05/2022
Please note that the access code is necessary to access the CME questionnaire, you will receive the certificate by email once your participation to the sessions has been checked.
